She also keeps Tinkerhaus running smoothly behind the scenes with a level of polish the rest of us pretend to understand.

Em is our resident maker of beautiful things. If it involves colour, texture, pens, paints, fabric, or a glue gun, she’s already halfway through making a masterpiece. She has a knack for turning everyday materials into something charming and shareable, and she’s brilliant at breaking techniques down into friendly, “give it a go” steps. Her calm creativity shapes a lot of Tinkerhaus’ look and feel.

Tommy is our furniture whisperer. Give him a plank of oak or a stack of offcuts and he’ll somehow turn it into something solid, balanced and built to last.
